Multi-Company Entra ID / Microsoft 365 Tenant
Some MSPs manage an Entra ID / Microsoft 365 Tenant containing multiple companies. This topic will discuss how to sync the individuals companies to their ConnectWise Manage contacts.
You can easily sync a single company with ConnectWise Manage from a multiple-company Entra ID / Microsoft 365 Tenant using Group filtering.
Step 1
From the ConnectActive landing page, you must add each company separately that you wish to sync between the single Azure AD / 365 Tenant and ConnectWise Manage.
Step 2
If this is the first company to connect to this multi-tenant environment, follow the instructions for Microsoft 365 integration.
If you have already connected another company to this multi-tenant environment, select the other company under the "Use Other Company for Sync (For Multi-Tenant)" drop-down.
Step 3
Follow the Group Filtering instructions below to limit the contacts synced from the Entra ID / Microsoft 365 Tenant to a single company in ConnectWise Manage.
